Counselling sessions are collaborative, supportive, and paced to meet you where you are. Tracy offers counselling for both individuals and couples, using a trauma-informed, integrative approach that supports emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical insight.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling provides a private, supportive space to explore your inner world, process emotional experiences, and build greater self-understanding. Sessions focus on helping you feel more grounded, regulate emotions, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling supports partners in understanding one another more clearly and strengthening communication. Sessions focus on identifying patterns, improving emotional safety, and creating more connected, intentional ways of relating.

  • Counselling can support a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, including anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship and communication challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma-informed emotional support. Sessions also focus on mindfulness and nervous system regulation to help you feel more grounded and resilient.

  • Sessions are available in 50-minute or 75-minute formats.

  • Counselling is offered for both individuals and couples who are seeking emotional support, clarity, and meaningful change.
