Meet Tracy Greenough, Counsellor for individuals and couples & EFT Tapping Practitioner
I help individuals, teens, and couples regulate their emotions, calm their nervous systems, and create meaningful change through trauma-informed counselling, EFT tapping, and compassionate support.
Soulful Empowerment was created as a grounded space for people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. My work is centred on helping clients feel safe, supported, and more at ease in their bodies as they move toward clarity, resilience, and growth.
This is a space for real life, real emotions, and gentle, meaningful change.
A Mind–Body Approach to Healing
Anxiety and emotional distress can affect your thoughts and your body. My trauma-informed approach creates space for us to slow down, feel supported, and explore what you’re experiencing without judgement or pressure.
Along with talk therapy, I may incorporate EFT tapping, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation and practical coping strategies based on your individual needs and comfort level. Together, we’ll work toward helping you understand your patterns, feel more grounded and develop practical tools you can use in everday life.
My Approach Includes:
Body & Nervous-System Awareness Understanding how stress can affect your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses.
EFT Tapping An optional tool that may support grounding and emotional regulation during sessions.
Mindfulness & Emotional Awareness Practical exercises that encourage greater awareness, clarity, and calm.
Strength-Based Counselling Building on your existing strengths while supporting growth at a pace that feels manageable.
