EFT tapping combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention and verbal reflection. This process helps calm the nervous system while bringing awareness to emotional experiences in a safe, regulated way.

Tracy offers 1:1 EFT tapping sessions, guiding you through the process step by step so it feels accessible, grounding, and supportive — even if you’re completely new to tapping.

If you find EFT tapping helpful and want to build it into your regular routine, the membership offers continued access to guided tapping sessions you can return to again and again.

The membership is designed to support ongoing emotional regulation, stress relief, and nervous system care through live and recorded tapping sessions, allowing you to practice at your own pace while staying connected to consistent support.

  • EFT tapping sessions are one-on-one and guided live by Tracy. She will walk you through the process step by step, helping you focus on what’s coming up while gently supporting nervous system regulation.

  • No experience is needed. You don’t need to know how to tap or prepare in advance — everything is guided during the session.

  • Sessions are paced gently and focus on regulation and safety. The goal is not to relive distressing experiences, but to support emotional settling and awareness in a manageable way.

  • Yes. All sessions are held in a calm, respectful, and confidential environment.

  • Yes. Many clients find EFT tapping becomes a practical tool they can return to between sessions to help ground themselves during stressful or emotionally charged moments.

  • A stable internet connection, device with video/camera and audio abilities, and you will be prompted to create an account through Jane, the secure online counselling platform I use for sessions. This is also where you will book sessions.
